Terms and Policies


Prior to booking an appointment, please read all Information and Policies to ensure you are properly informed.

  • To book an appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE (no exception) BOOKING FEE of $100 will be required to secure and schedule your spot.

  • 100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that is due on the day of the appointment. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely!

  • Booking fee is transferable (same person, same service) to reschedule your appointment up to 3 months. You are allowed to reschedule only once.

  • Must send a good lighting brows or lips photos (without makeup, unfiltered apps) for consultation and approval before booking your appointment.

  • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If less than 72 hours, there will be another extra $50 fee to reschedule.

  • You must arrive no later than 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be considered as "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please consider traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

  • NO guests or pets are allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brows technician must focus on procedures. There is a waiting area of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.

  • You must be 18+ to get any procedure done even with parental consent.

  • Touch up price is not included in the initial price. All foreign retouches or previous works of other artists will be considered as a new set of brows.

  • This is typically a two-steps process: initial + a perfecting session. However, some clients might need more sessions due to pigment resistance. After procedure outcome/ healed result varies differently from client to client based on skin/blood types, facial bone structures, exiting hair flow, daily regiment/ activities, medication taken and follow through aftercare...

  • All services being done are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

      If you have had previous work done (brows or lips) by another artist, you must get my approval before booking. Please sent a few clear photos of your full-face and eyebrows or lips without makeup, unfiltered, and in natural lighting for review and consultation.

       If you book an appointment without my approval or disclosing previous tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be canceled. (Not all old previous tattoos from another artist can be fixed or covered.) No Exception!
